Driveway can fit 3 cars and there is free off street parking. No parking on lawn and please do not block neighbors driveways

No damage, extensive rules broken or unregistered guests or undisclosed pets and you get your deposit back. 

You will get your own lock box code the afternoon of arrival unless early arrival has been agreed on.

Full kitchen with range and oven, full size fridge and dishwasher. Coffee, coffee filters and tea provided.

Large deck off sunroom provides privacy during your stay with plenty of seating and tables. Good size yard for kids of all ages to run and play.

Fire extinguisher under kitchen sink. All 3 levels of the home, including the cellar, have working CO and smoke detectors. These are for your safety so please do not disable them or take the batteries out. 

Children are welcome but the house is not baby proofed

1 dog allowed per stay. Cannot be a Pit, Rot or German Shephard as they are consdered aggressive breeds per State of MASS. Kindly keep pets off furniture and bedding, do not allow pets to pee on rugs and dispose of dog waste ( poop) responsibly which means NOT down toilets. Per town bylaw all pets must be on leash and under control of their owner at all times. Host not responsible for any fees incurred by the guest by police or animal control for not following leash law.   Aware of ADA service animal laws for hosts and guests

No smoking/vaping anywhere in the house. You can smoke outside but please do not use the yard or deck as an ashtray. Get yourself a disposable cup- add water and place your butts there. Please do not smoke in front of open doors and windows. 
$350 additional cleaning fee for evidence of smoking in the house

There are 3 steps to enter the home and a full flight of stairs to access the upstairs bedrooms

Hello, My name is Abbie and I was blessed to be raised in this home and neighborhood and then purchased it and raised my own family in it. The home offers wonderful memories so much that despite moving to Phoenix AZ in 2015 I have kept the home that is so close to my heart. I return home many times annually to just return to my roots and sometimes re-energize. If you have ever been connected to the ocean and your roots you may just understand that.<br />
Let me tell you about the team. They are not my cleaners and handyman but they are family and will treat you as family as well. You will be our family during your stay.
